Singapore-based social music platform, BandLab, has reportedly raised more than $53 million in the latest funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to $303 million.

BandLab, the flagship product of BandLab Technologies, under the parent company Caldecott Music Group, offers a platform for creators to make music with collaboration tools that can be shared with other musicians, and fans. 

The funding round was led by the American private equity firm Vulcan Capital and saw participation from BandLab’s existing investor, CMG, as well as from the Singaporean venture capital firm K3 Ventures.
