Crisis24 completes the acquisition of EXOP to expand global footprint

Risk management company Crisis24 has reportedly acquired EXOP Group, a Germany-based risk management company. This move will expand the intelligence resources and global footprint of Crisis24.

The EXOP acquisition will increase Crisis24’s ability to offer the most all-inclusive security risk and intelligence management services available on the market, safeguarding businesses and lives in general.

The U.K.-based company, with more than 120 analysts across four continents, along with 24/7 global operations centers supported by its novel technology, offers unmatched systematic and curated intelligence technologies.

This allows the most prominent organizations and disruptive brands of the world to operate effectively. The team analyzes and monitors global threats and developments to deliver inventive solutions to help clients curb and manage risks anywhere in the world.
