NestlÃ© USA, the leading food and beverage product manufacturers, has recently taken over Washington-based premium functional water brand, Essentia Water (Essentia), in a deal that comes in line with NestlÃ©â€™s vision to expand its presence in the global water landscape.
Reports have it that the F&B major is elevating its focus on international mineral and premium water brands as well as other healthy hydration products like functional water. While, the acquisition deal follows a recently disclosed agreement that includes NestlÃ© selling Canadian and U.S. regional spring water brands, beverage delivery service and purified water business.
